We will guide you in preparing for every session with us. Each image is carefully planned and curated to present you with only the highest quality, usable images.
A non-refundable 25% deposit required to book all photoshoots, fee is applied to your final purchase. The remainder of balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept e-transfers, credit card and cheque.
We schedule pre-shoot consultations with our photography packages, please be aware that we require this step in order to move forward with scheduling a photoshoot date. We will either speak on the phone or in person and follow up via email. You will be asked to secure your date with a deposit now and be presented with a photography contract. If you plan to purchase the Headshots session, you will not require a pre-shoot consultation, you will receive a 'how to prepare' guide.
Getting the best quality shot to our clients is our goal, we choose to not supply our clients with sub-par images from the shoot.... therefore we pick out the best images, retouch them and help you choose the final images. You are welcome to make editing requests at this point. Extra charges may apply to edits beyond the White Wave standard re-touching style or photo manipulation requests.
We compile a 'shoot list' for the day of shoot and will arrange the shoot based off this list. A preparation guide will be sent to each client based on the nature of the shoot. Photoshoot duration is an estimate, we will shoot until we get what is needed,
Allow up to 2 weeks for image processing. Rush projects may be accepted, and additional fees are required. Once you receive an email to pick files or answer questions regarding your project you are required to reply promptly. Failure to communicate within 24hrs of receiving emails may result in a delay of processing.
We upload all digital, high and low resolution images to Dropbox for you to download. We ask you download immediately and make a backup copy.
An online questionnaire will be requested to fill out so we can get a feel for your business. We will review and make sure we are the right fit for your business needs. Once the review is complete we will request any additional items needed to move forward with your project.

Will vary by project and discussed with you before the project begins. One person from your company is required to be the liaison, and this one person will be the single personal able to approve projects. Once a timeline is set you are required to complete design requests and reply to questions promptly. If you know your project will be delayed, you must communicate this to the designer who will do their best to work on a revised schedule. If communication is not received back within 24hrs, we may need to re-schedule your project.
All design files will be provided upon completion of project, delivered via Dropbox. We ask that you download these files instantly, and save them to your computer.
You will receive a brand guide / style sheet including all font and colour information needed to maintain your brand. We are unable to send the actual fonts, and fonts we use are available to purchase online.
